Yoga Mix is a regular group class with a different teacher and theme each week. Mix it up for maximum mental, emotional and physical well-being.
May 18: Sivananda with Barney Chapman
This practice is a traditional style of yoga based on the teachings of Raja yoga, the science of physical and mental control. It incorporates asana and pranyama to achieve this balance. Named after Swami Sivananda of India, it offers a wide-variety of postures, including inversions with relaxation between many of the poses. Open to all levels.
May 25: Gentle Stretch with Mable Smith
Work smarter, not harder, as they say. In Gentle Stretch, you\\\'ll release and open the body and heart without over-doing. Start your long weekend with relaxation, breath and movement.
June 1: Breath-centered Power Flow with Kerry Porter Wills
This class combines structural techniques with an emphasis on breath dynamics. When students coordinate breath with posture, it changes their relationship with space inside and out.
June 15: Modified Ashtanga with Jamey Jones
Learn the basics of the Primary Series at a moderate pace with plenty of modifications on offer.
