Seashells in the Sand for Kids
This is my kids' favorite food, hands down!
1c whole wheat cous-cous
pasta (use shell pasta to make it authentic seashells in the sand, but any shape works well)
corn kernals (fresh or frozen)
butter/margerine
salt/pepper
Cook cous-cous and pasta according to directions. Once cooked, combine in large pot with about 2T butter/margerine, or to taste and the corn kernals (thawed if frozen, or lightly sauteed/steamed/boiled if fresh). Season and mix. Let cook over low/med heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Enjoy!
